Blue Water Manor is excited to announce additional year round lodging available at the BWM North Lodge located at 4571 Lake Shore Dr, Bolton Landing, NY 12814.
Enjoy the beauty of Bolton Landing and the surrounding Adirondack region any time of year as this part of our property will provide year round availability for guests to enjoy. All rooms are equipped with two queen-sized beds, table and chairs, full bath, colored TV, hair dryer, mini refrigerator and individual heating and air-conditioning. A limited number of connecting rooms are available.
This property, formerly known as Bolton Pines, also houses Pumpernickel’s and The Bolton Barrel. Pumpernickel’s German Restaurant is open May through October. The Bolton Barrel will be open November through April and offer delicious food, live music, beer, dinner, events, and more!
North Lodge is located ¾ of a mile north of the Blue Water property but guests can come to Blue Water and use the amenities anytime.

Rates are based on double person occupancy; for each additional person, including children, there is a charge of $15.00 extra per day, per additional person. All rooms have a maximum of a four person occupancy per room.
