North Lodge Year Round Lodging

Blue Water Manor's additional year-round lodging available at the BWM North Lodge located at 4571 Lake Shore Dr, Bolton Landing, NY 12814.

Enjoy the beauty of Bolton Landing and the surrounding Adirondack region any time of year as this part of our property provides year-round availability for guests to enjoy. All rooms are equipped with two queen-sized beds, table and chairs, full bath, colored TV, hair dryer, mini refrigerator, and individual heating and air-conditioning. A limited number of connecting rooms are available.

This property, formerly known as Bolton Pines, also houses The Barrel. The Barrel is open November through March and offers delicious food, live music, beer, igloo dining, iceless curling, bar games, events, and more!

North Lodge is located ¾ of a mile north of the Blue Water property, but guests can come to Blue Water and use the amenities seasonally.
